• Reviewing Your Budget: Finding Information in Compass - This document provides user tips/additional assistance for using the Compass inquiry tools and queries to obtain transaction information. The document is intended as a bridge while the project team continues to build out the reporting capability.
• Remember to close FY09 transactions in the existing systems, e.g., FAS and CODA. Use Compass to create and initiate FY10 transactions.
• Expense Report Printing: To ensure the expense report prints correctly, disable the internet browser pop-up blocker before printing. If you need assistance disabling the pop-up blocker, please contact your local desktop support resource.

• Adobe Pro: allows electronic saving and submitting of completed form.
• Adobe Reader: allows printing of completed form (does not permit an electronically saved copy of completed form).

MACINTOSH USERS:

Your desktop may be installed with Preview (a free image and PDF viewer). Although Preview can open and save PDF forms, the saved PDF form - when reopened in Adobe - will appear as if it has blank or missing form details. If you must use Preview, then please save your form first; and then use the standard "Print to PDF" option in the print dialog box to create a PDF with Adobe-compatible form details.
